We recognize that our flight is just one part of your trip and depending on your reason for travel you may require accommodation or car hire at your destination. At The one only we encourage our customers to build their own trip, choosing the individual components which suit their needs.
How To Book
We recommend you set up a User Profile before booking your flights. Once you have entered your profile details we will automatically remember you when you login in the future. Once you set up a profile with us, you will be able toآ review and change your existing bookings (please note that change fees may apply). Also, making new bookings will be easier as you will not have to re-enter your personal details. Please note your personal data will only be used to process your flight bookings and deliver our service to you, we will not share your data with any third parties.
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
Our Contact Centre is open from 0800 to 2100 hours, 7 days a week (except for some public holidays), if you would like to make a new booking, have a question regarding an existing booking or a general enquiry regarding our services please call 9200 05588 to speak to one of our sales agents (calls are handled in both Arabic and English).
AIRPORT SALES OFFICE
If you wish to make your flight booking at the airport you can visit our sales desks at Riyadh (located in the Arrivals area of the Domestic Terminal), Jeddah (located in the arrivals area of the Domestic Terminal) or Dammam (located in the departures area next to the only one check in desks). Opening hours vary, but the desks will be open at least an hour before our first flight departure of the day and will not close until the last flight has departed. Our airport staff will have access to all fares offered by only one, including promotional discounts and seats can be purchased up to 45 minutes prior to a flight departing. You can pay for your booking using either a credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express) or cash.
TRAVEL AGENTS
Travel Agents throughout the Kingdom and the rest of the world can access only one flight schedules and fares' Please note that they may charge a small handling fee for this service. Please note, some promotional fares will only be available on onlyone.com or via our call centre only and will not be on sale via Travel Agents. Accepted payment methods will vary, so please check with your Travel Agent for more details.
